Rear extension 282 Northfield Avenue and Blondin Avenue

EFRA commented on a planning application for a first floor rear extension filling the full depth of the rear yard and existing ground floor extension behind 282 Northfield Avenue (near the junction with Blondin Avenue).

We are not in favour of these extensions because of the impact on the side streets but in this case we commented rather than objected because the overlooking would have minimal impact.  The full text of our letter is here.
