Reynard Mills : New Proposals

The commercial development arm of Notting Hill Housing recently bought the Reynard Mills site, conditional on obtaining planning permission for housing.

It will be unveiling its proposals, which we have heard will include a mix of affordable and market housing, at drop-in sessions on Friday and Saturday afternoon.

These consultations are critical, as developers rely on resident feedback to justify their proposals.  Resident feedback is quoted in support of planning applications.  For this reason, it is important that as many residents as possible go along and leave feedback forms stating their concerns and expectations.
